Helpful Guide and Tips!

When selecting the perfect picture for your personalized gift, keep these two essential factors in mind for outstanding results:

The quality of your photos is crucial in achieving exceptional results. Images can vary from high quality to pixelated, especially after editing like cropping or screenshotting, which can lead to a loss of pixels over time. This degradation can result in a blurry or distorted appearance when enlarged.

To ensure the best outcome, opt for larger image files measured in MB (Megabytes) or GB (Gigabytes), as these typically possess higher resolutions. Even if you have a photo you adore but are concerned about its quality, don't hesitate to reach out. I have specialized software that can enhance and improve image quality.

Consider the size and shape of the product you're customizing, such as heart slates or rectangle slates. If you're working with a square photo, it may not align well on a rectangular item. For instance, placing a 15cmx20cm photo on a 20cmx20cm item can result in either 5cm of white space on one side or 2.5cm on both sides.

Refer to the teal areas in the example in the image. When picking a photo, ask yourself if it will fit the designated space appropriately or if you'll need to add elements to fill in gaps. While I'll do my best to maintain image quality during edits, I might suggest alternative products if they better accommodate your chosen image. I'll provide proofs showcasing both options.

In the future, I'll be creating more detailed guides on editing and other aspects. This serves as a quick guide to aid you in selecting the best picture for your desired item. If you have suggestions or questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is my priority.
